Representatives and access
- Add, change, or remove an entity representative — give another active resident access to manage the entity or replace an existing representative.
Certificates and documents
- Download entity formation documents — find an LLC Certificate of Organization, corporate Articles of Incorporation, and other issued documents.
- Get a Certificate of Good Standing — request, pay for, and download a current certificate from the entity page.
Entity filings and changes

- Change an entity's name or principal office — file an amendment from the entity's Manage menu.
